After repeated telephone calls, priority mail packages with information enclosed,
faxes, and trying to set up meetings with our federal and state representatives
it has been a dismal failure. Nobody returned telephone calls and no one (who
I was able to talk to) was interested. It is dead. No one is interested in addressing
this issue or fixing the problem.
