What "Qualifies" Someone to be a reviewer of the Weapons Section?

I affirm that I am qualified to judge the weapons section in the Meeks Heit Health Books. I have been certified to offer qualified opinions and judgements about weapons and firearms, weapons and firearms in the home and school and other locales, and the safety issues involved with weapons and firearms.

___ I represent that I have reviewed applicable scientific literature pertaining to defensive gun use, impact of beneficial results of private firearms ownership, and the impact of weapons and firearms on children's safety not only on school grounds proper but in the home. I further represent that I have reviewed all other relevant home and school safety issues I also acknowledge, by receiving this document that I am fully aware of the political implications pertaining to the school issues through the impact of these issues relating to the United Nations and other organizations of the same ilk (including the NGO's-non-governmental organizations).

I have been made aware that, in his inaugural address before the American Medical Association on June 20, 2001, new president Richard Corlin, MD, admitted "What we don't know about violence and guns is literally killing us ... researchers do not have the data to tell how kids get guns, if trigger locks work, what the warning signs of violence in schools and at the workplace are and other critical questions due to lack of research funding." (UPI).

I have been made aware that last years (2000) meeting in Chicago Mr. Chase President of the NEA declared war on the on Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights. He announced that the nation's largest teachers' union had resolved to further its anti-gun agenda by launching a national petition drive to call for restrictions on all law-abiding gun owners: gun owner licensing, national gun registration, "ballistic fingerprinting" schemes, mandatory storage requirements, and waiting periods (with confiscation as the ultimate goal).

___ I am knowingly engaging in Home/Firearms Safety Counseling without certification, license or formal training in Risk Management, and; I have not reviewed applicable scientific literature pertaining to defensive gun use and beneficial results of private firearms ownership and weapons on the safety impact of children.

I further warrant that, should a student follow my firearm and weapons opinions and decisions based on the Meeks Heit Health Books, and if the student or a family member, friend or visitor is subsequently injured or killed as a result of said opinions and decisions that my insurance and/or personal assets will cover all actual and punitive damages resulting from a lawsuit initiated by the student, the student 's legal representative, or the student 's survivors.
