The following is a skeletonized version outline of what was said and reported in the Loris Times News Article of 11/10/05. Not all points are gone into because many of them are on this website. The pertinent issues, that I feel were taken out of context or were placed editorially in a hodge podge of words are explained.
5. "If those people in the businesses don't have the guts to stand up and be counted" sentence never completed and a couple of paragraphs later "this town is dead anyway" should have read what I said which was "If the people who own the businesses and reside in Loris don't have the guts to stand up and be counted to take control of their own town then this town is dead and the crime will kill it". 6. "He they are killing it" What I said was the mayor and the city council are killing this town with their lack of action, their supposed system of containment of crime, and their looking the other way and ignoring the problem. 7. "He said it was a bad day at Block Rock" What I said was that the town is duplicating the movie "A Bad Day at Black Rock with Spencer Tracy. 8. "Why did the Horry County Police have to come into Loris to conduct the investigation that lead to the arrest of a city councilman? "or "he refused orders from the top and didn't do what he had to do" BS my answer to this question is located in the middle of the paragraph "I don't know". I also guessed that the "rural police force did not have the manpower possibly to enact the action but that strictly was an opinion", the bottom line is "I don't know". My issue was not about Herring. 9. "Chief Blake doesn't believe that Citizens should have guns" I never said that what I said was "that the Chief had information on The Loris Police Website that was anti-gun and the sources for the Chief's info was false science. I had electronically sent the Chief the correct information for his review" 10. "With a statewide gang rise in South Carolina" What I specifically said was "with the statewide rise in crime just last year alone of 300% the rural police forces in towns of less then 200,000 people cannot control this surge." 11. "I am mercury man" what I said specifically was "I am like a mercury man because this fight has become personal. The Horry and Loris City Council's have placed my wife's life at high risk, I am not going away, and like mercury they will squash me in one spot I will appear in another just like mercury." Relating to Horry County I could not rewrite the entire article I just tried to clear up some of the important and prominent blatant errors. I should not have to translate an article that was supposedly written for public information and knowledge. Apparently the reporter should have been more attentive and the paper should employ a different proof reader-Neal Seaman |

County: A NOTE ABOUT
THE HORRY COUNTY COUNCIL AND THE HORRY COUNTY PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE:
THESE ARE THE MOST CORRUPT LEGISLATORS I HAVE HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF MEETING.
TO PROTECT THEIR SPECIAL INTERESTS (WHICH IS MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE OF THE
CITIZEN'S INTERESTS) THEY PERVERTED AND DISTORTED THE TRUTH AND THEN AT
THEIR FULL COUNCIL MEETING LIED AND DID NOT REVIEW THE PERTINENT MATERIALS.
OUR OWN COUNCILMAN, MR. PAUL PRINCE, DISTRICT 9 WAS PART OF THIS HYPOCRISY
