Wednesday, September 07, 2005 Melissa and Neal Seaman, 7035 Long Horne Ranch Drive, Loris SC 29569, 843-716-0511 Mayor David E. Stoudenmire Jr., Loris City Council, 4101 Walnut Street, Loris SC 29569 Mayor Stoudenmire: We wish to speak in front of the Council so it is public record as to what we are trying to change and why. We wish to address the following issues:
2. The Safety Ordinance: why it is imperative to pass this ordinance in Loris. 3. Maple Street Affliction: causes and effects, remedial solutions, and projections All information and packets, will be given to all elected members of the council and the City Administrator, with the proper footnotes and verifiable sources. Letters of recommendation from the national gun organizations directed to the Council will be presented and other ancillary information pertinent to these issues. We addressed the Loris Public Safety Committee on June 7, 2005 pertaining to the Ordinance and the Loris Police Department's website. Since that meeting, it has now become known that the errors denoted on their website and its lack of information thereof (omissions: about the real facts about protection) are incorporated into their public safety speeches. We also want to know what happened to the results of the Safety Council Meeting over three months ago. We were never notified about their decision nor did we get any feedback-that was over three months ago. We also wish to address the slum mentality on Maple Street and its rampant crime seepage into the town. We wish to get out into the public's view all these issues and plot a course of direction to initiate changes on these items. Martha Dorman (point lady for the City Council) told us that we have to give a written document to you for your approval for how much time we can spend on each subject. We are doing that. Speakers: Mr. Neal Seaman addressing the Kennesaw Ordinance and the Maple Street Affliction-also I will be submitting packets of information for all the Council members including the Town Administrator (more hard copies may be included): Letters of referral from major gun organizations addressed directly to the Loris City Council, letters from residents, footnoted information regarding the Loris Police Departments failure of proper information on their website, letters to Mr. Padgett Loris City Attorney regarding the Ordinance (dated June 9, 2005), letter to Mr. Mobley Town Administrator regarding the Ordinance (dated May 6, 2005), Gov. Sanford's "Break in, Catch a Bullet" press release, court cases citing "Police Have No Responsibility to Protect the Individual" - all information being submitted is also being cc'd to Michael Smith, Editor Loris Scene. Mrs. Melissa Seaman addressing the Loris Police Department's website of incorrect information. Dr. Michael Nirenstein addressing the Kennesaw Ordinance, Maple Street Affliction, Loris Police Department's safety lectures and omissions of facts. Sincerely, Neal and Melissa Seaman, 7035 Long Horne Ranch Drive, Loris SC 29569, 843-716-0511 |

Progress Tracking Horry
County: A NOTE ABOUT
THE HORRY COUNTY COUNCIL AND THE HORRY COUNTY PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE:
THESE ARE THE MOST CORRUPT LEGISLATORS I HAVE HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF MEETING.
TO PROTECT THEIR SPECIAL INTERESTS (WHICH IS MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE OF THE
CITIZEN'S INTERESTS) THEY PERVERTED AND DISTORTED THE TRUTH AND THEN AT
THEIR FULL COUNCIL MEETING LIED AND DID NOT REVIEW THE PERTINENT MATERIALS.
OUR OWN COUNCILMAN, MR. PAUL PRINCE, DISTRICT 9 WAS PART OF THIS HYPOCRISY
